LEMONS |
|
They can be used for consumption in fresh to prepare juices or like seasoning for other plates. Also in industries for juices, essential oils, pulps, pectines, flavonoids, fodders, . and to produce citric acid, a natural food preserver.
Varieties depend on the quantity of juice, quality, albedo and seeds: Verna (70% of the total lemons production in Spain; harvest from February to July), Fino (20%, from October to February) and Eureka. |

| TANGERINES
|
Very pleasant taste citrus fruits, without seeds and very easy to peel. It is an excellent fruit to be eaten in fresh. It has a great development in subtropical areas. It is a seasonal fruit.
Varieties: Satsumas (the earlier ones, a little bit bigger than other varieties and without seeds). Clementines (later and smaller, better taste quality, with seeds. Other varieties: ornamental, mandarino Cleopatra, Nova hybrids, Citroyer, Fortune, etc.

ORANGES |
Pleasant taste fruits, without seeds, preferable consumption in fresh. Also for industries to prepare juices, marmalades and jams, fodders, ...
Navel: good looking, big size fruit, very early harvest. Within this variety we can find: Navelate, Navelina, Newhall, Washington Navel, Lane Late y Thompson. They all have a very good quality and hardiness.
Other varieties are Salustiana, Valencia Late, and Sanguinas. |

GRAPEFRUITS |
For consumption in fresh, like starter or dessert, also for industries to prepare jams and juices. There are different varieties: Marsh (white meat) and other colour varieties. |
